Awesome mod though honestly all I needed left was a Skingrad sanctuary the only place that doesn't have a decent mod sanctuary but this one finally got it right. Superb.

Go to TESC > Character > Factions !
Go to NPC > Edit > Factions > And add the faction to board !!
