Look at Better Cities. It has this mod and the one you were talking about and fixed them up better. I know it was two and a half years ago that you posted this, but then you did post a comment to some Modder that probably hasn't been on in ten years.
For anyone reading this now... it may be best to skip Better Cities as even with a LAA patch it takes too much memory and will cause CTDs. If you are using upscaled texture overhauls its 100% given to destroy your stability.
I absolutely love that mod, so it's almost worth the CTD's... almost.
This is a great mod for those with some Elder Scrolls Construction Set knowledge. It is unfinished on many levels but has excellent potential. I d/led it when it first came out and left it idle until I had built up some CS know-how. There is already an improved version as part of 'Better Cities' found here at TESNexus...grab that if you're looking for a finished product.
So, if you're going to download you'll need to do the following...
1. Few interiors are finished and many are just straight-over copies of various Bravil interiors. You'll want to individualize each building. None of the ships come with interiors, so you'll no doubt want to add those as well. 2. A Skeleton crew of NPCs live in Bravil Docks at the moment. More NPCs with proper AI packages will be needed for both interior and exterior. Various proper AI Wander and Visit packages will need to be made specifically for Bravil Docks. Not hard...but still necessary 3. As for NPCs walking off docks into the water, make sure you don't have one of the various water mods like 'Alive Waters' or 'MMM' which both try to get fish to behave differently. The trouble is that it screws-up the AI pathing in cells with water in them....swimming becomes a priority...so...sploosh...in they go. 4. There are no quests or adventures set-up. That'll be your task. NPC Dialogue, etc... 5. Lighting is fairly good on most interiors. But you might want to change it around to suit your taste and or frame rates. Multiple flickering light sources overlapping is always harsh on a less than super computer. Not everybody has a Cray Main Frame for a desktop. 6. All this being said, you can still d/l and activate what's already built and you might be satisfied with that. It's that nice.
Thanks for your nice review. I was interested in this mod, but not really sure if it was worth the install just by the description of the author. Now I have a much better idea.
Wish one could see more of this kind on the Nexus.
It was quite a lot of work to finish...and I added a lot more. About 100 NPCs, as well. But it relies on too many weird masters to ever be upload friendly.
The stretchy Argonian would be caused by using the wrong skeleton for him. Typically happens when a no tail NPC is for some reason changed to a Argonian or Kajiit and the modder forgets to change the skeleton
omg,how does bethesda didnt placed docks in this "venice-like" city!!!i mean,it is more aquatic than anvil or even the IC!! well done man! this should be an official obvlivion patch

Kudos incoming for you.
