A new version has been released on 4/5, it fixes a few AI package issues with random beggers. This mod is an alteration of the Anvil Bay area. Make sure you look everywhere, lots of things have been added. None of the original buildings, including the lighthouse, have been moved. What I did was open up the harbor buy removing the hill inside

Multipule NPC\'s have been added to the latest version, but they are just wandering around atm. I AM STILL LOOKING for good ideas to help make this into the nastiest port in Cyrodiil. Fixes the very short clipping distance on interiors. This bug is not noticeable in the vanilla game but it is very noticeable when playing with mods that disable interior fog or with ENB that handles fog differently. See the images to see what I mean.

Improved Elder Council Chambers
Makes the Elder Council in the Imperial Palace feel more like a place where leaders meet, and rather than have everyone sit at the same table, have them sit in their own little sections spread out across the room. Also turns the oversized shrine which they use as a \"table\" into a platform where the council leaders sit.
