I'm working on a seamless version of my race mod. Making body textures seamless is not enough as you need seamless body and head meshes as well (the race uses Head06, HGEC and Robert Male). I adjusted the corresponding meshes with the Seam Mender script in Blender which is part of  Room207's Blender Portable Version (very important: the "Preserve Imported Normals" must be enabled in the Blender User Preferences).
The next thing I want to do is tweaking the other two race variants and finishing the default head version which will be seamless as well.

The seamless head and body meshes will only develop their full potential when they are combined with seamless clothing and armor. There are seamless stock equipment replacers for HGEC and Robert Male available and seamless editions of OCOv2 and Classic/Vanilla heads can be downloaded as well.
