Now that I've added back the creature changes to the regular mod, I am providing this file for those not wanting the increase in sizes and groups and swarm sizes. I prefer that so I put it in the original but I also understand some people dont.

Tinkered around a bit more and I feel I have struck a good balance. Clouds should appear much clearer.
some flickering, even with vanilla clouds, is highlighted more with the improved clouds but again I feel benefit greatly surpasses that issue.
