Easy Unlocking - Easy Hacking - Guaranteed Pick Pocket

Force Lock always succeeds. Pick Pocket always succeeds. Only 1 password to hack a terminal

Perk per Level - Level Cap at 100

Grants 1 perk per level. I know there was another one of these out there, but it had dependencies that included DLC. This only requires the base Fallout New Vegas game.

Skill Based Perks

Grants certain perks for free as you raise your skills.

Recreate lost player characters, create test player characters for testing mods, or cheat for the fun of it. Continuing my tradition of Levelers mods.
