This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
It alters 2 scripts, the collar explosion script and poison cloud damage script in Dead Money.esm
The collar alarm will tick until it is near the explosion point, and then it will be disabled instead of blowing up.
For the poison cloud part, player will see the poison cloud imagemultiplyer effect, but no health damage penalty will be applied.
