While there are a couple other bleeding mods out there (such as BLEED or Bleedout), they either also serve as general combat/difficulty mods or don't have any configurability. This mod aims to be a simple and configurable alternative that can work with any gameplay/combat mod of your choice.
The configuration options are as follows:
- If bleeding applies to the player (on by default)
- If bleeding applies to NPCs (on by default)
- Minimum/maximum bleed duration (default 3/3)
- Minimum/maximum bleed damage per second (default 3/5)
- Chance for bleeding effect to occur (default 80%)
- If armor penetration is required for bleeding effect to occur (on by default)
- If robots can bleed (off by default)
- If Stimpaks stop the bleeding effect when used (on by default - applies to all Stimpaks in the vanilla NVDLC03PerkRelatedAllStimpaksLIST formlist)
There is also KEYWORDS support to allow for custom items not in the NVDLC03PerkRelatedAllStimpaksLIST formlist to stop bleeding. The keyword used is StopsBleeding. If you are unsure how to assign keywords, the KEYWORDS mod page has easy-to-follow instructions.
Compatibility:
This mod is entirely scripted and does not add any new effects/items/etc. Should be compatible with any gameplay overhaul such as Vicious Wastes, JSawyer Ultimate Edition, Transcendence, etc.
