It's been 10 years (almost, a few more days) since I originally made this for Fallout 3. Time for a Re-Release.
Uprezzed by Ai with manual tweaking
Included by default is a txt file to make it compatible with Titans of the New West animations/scaling/etc. (having this file won't hurt anything, but you can delete it if desired)
Does not include meshes that match ToTNW. Can be done on the user end easily by changing the mesh reference to use those meshes rather than mine which is set to PAVE meshes.
Small Note - Not sure why; but the value displays wrong in the screenshots. - Helmet value: 2015 (2011 in screenshot) - Armor value: 2025 (2021 in screenshot)
Requirements: - PAVE (meshes + higher res normals/environment maps)
Optional: - TTW - Titans of the New West
Future Updates - Unless something is blatantly broken, no updates - Requests will be considered, nothing more.
Location: - Inside the truck at Gypsum Train Yard "Why is it there?"
Honestly; no real reason beyond there being train tracks nearby, and an empty truckbed I could load with Nuka items
If a reason is needed; - Truck doing the rounds; getting ready to drop off a new vending machine at the yard - Promotional Armor happens to be in the back, ready to promote Nuka Cola Quantum at another location - Unfortunately the Nukes decided to drop, rather impolite of them to do that
