really nice mod brother thanks for sharing it, I have one small issue though, I've tried for several hours to get the armor to look right, the helmet looks shiny but the armor does not, any clue as of what could be the problem?

To get the shine you see on my armor; I forgot to mention that i'm using Real Time Reflections
For my mod; since it's mostly a texture set - I set all pathways to PAVE so that people who install Titans of the New West, don't automatically get given the buzz lightyear meshes (easy to change for those that actually want the meshes)
is there any way get rid of the reflections in the whole armor or just the helmet because I don´t use Real Time Reflections but the helmet has the reflections nonetheless
Honestly; I'm not sure what else could be causing the reflections - it could be something that PAVE itself does
I'll look into it, but no promises i'll be able to figure it out (since the only reason I included the helmet mesh was to add a glow, which can't be done through textures on their own)
No longer available due to how poorly put together it was; and the fact it had convoluted porting instructions to take new vegas assets into fallout 3 (since at the time, porting between Bethesda games wasn't oky doky on Nexus)

Open NukaHelmet.nif (nifskope required); click the mesh, expand the NiTriShape (left side)
Click and expand BSShaderPPLightingProperty
Click BSShaderTextureSet
Erase textures\armor\PAVE\t45\PowerArmorHelmet_em.dds (bottom line)
Save, should fix it
Not sure why the armor itself isn't shiny though for you since it's set to PAVE, which has an EM mapping too
