Isnt there already an optional file for a working clock on the mod's page?

Only for the Mark IV, and it uses a plugin. This works for both mods and doesn't take up a plugin slot.

I know this is silly question but how do I install this? I used MO2 like I would any normal mod and it doesnt work... do I manually install? If so, where do I put the files? Thanks so much in advance

I don't understand if this mod is supposed to make the clock clickable to get the wait menu up or? Nothing happens when clicking on the clock numbers or the bell icon or anything

No idea how this is hard to get, but it's literally what the description says.
It just makes the clock on the pip-boy match the time of the game (the one when you hit T to wait).

that's how the wait timer worked in Fallout 1 & 2. Since these are throw-back skins to that design, I thought it may.

Unfortunately they're not doing that. I asked on the main mod and they said it wasn't planned

I disabled the main file esp, and.. the pipboy is missing from my left arm when I bring it up.

This mod only adds the click bit, you still need the original mod

Any hope for a version compatible with handhelds like 2500/2000 and 2501/2001 ?

No. They do not have any sort of clock so they wont work.
