New sound effects for various events that previously didn't have any

While working on my Feminine Sound Variants mod, I realized that there are many "events" in the vanilla game that simply don't have any sound effects associated with them, so I decided to change that and whipped up this mod. I tried really hard to find or create sound effects that matched the vibe of the game and felt seamlessly integrated, but if you think some of them need more work or if you think of any other "events" that might need new sound effects, let me know and I'll see what I can do!

Currently included sounds (Everything is configurable via SAS_config.ini)
  • Starvation - Your character's stomach will growl when they start getting hungry (default is above 200 FOD every 30 seconds)
  • Dehydration - Your character will clear their throat when they start getting thirsty (default is above 200 H20 every 25 seconds)
  • Sleep Deprivation - Your character will yawn when they start getting sleepy (default is above 200 SLP every 60 seconds)
  • Headshot - You'll hear a special sound effect when you hit an enemy in the head
  • Low HP - Your character will cough when their HP is low (default is below 25% every 10 seconds)
  • Combat End - Your character will make a deep sigh of relief when you get out of combat
  • Over Encumbered - You'll hear a special sound effect when you become over encumbered (inspired by Fallout 76)
  • Using Psycho - Your character will scream aggressively when you use Psycho (inspired by Fallout 4)
  • Getting Hit - You'll hear a short impact sound followed by a subtle pain grunt when your character gets hit with a ranged weapon

Compatibility
The mod should work with everything, or at least I'm not aware of any compatibility issues. The only problem might arise when you have any mods that try to do a similiar thing, but that's easily resolved by disabling overlapping sounds in the config file (data/config/SAS_config.ini).

Credits
  • Bethesda - Inspiration from later Fallout games for some of the sound effects
  • Freesound.org - Most sound effects used in this mod were created using samples from this site (individual users credited in "Permissions and Credits" section)
  • Phaerex - Their mod was the main inspiration for my low HP sounds. Check it out!
