Pepper : You can find her in Vikki and Vance Casino
Angel : You pick up note from under house her in goodsprings for start quest.
Kiara : you can find her in Yangtze Memorial, Pick up note outside the door for start quest.
All companion you can quest completed, Her give reward for you too.
