NPC and Player Character Base Health Adjuster has a bug relating to stimpak sounds playing out of nowhere. Character Health Adjustment and Optimization Stuff which is the same mod but with a blacklist suffers from exactly the same fucking issue, kill me.
Or maybe it's my 200 mod list shitting itself, who knows. Anyways here's something I made for myself that other people might find useful.
side note: every now and then you might see a cunty npc with more than 50hp. Usually mod added. I'm using bleed + metro difficulty multiplier so that's as much as I'm tinkering with difficulty.
I'd also recommend DT multiplier and DR adder, if you're (a masochist) like me and want to create your own game balance.
