Look im not gonna sugar coat its literally just NAPCBHA Mod with a included Blacklist. (NPCs aren't Immortal. Bosses aren't pushovers)
Q:Why?
A: Because i two tapped legate lanius with the settings I have with will be pinned in the post.
Q: What does this mod do?
A: Just Prevent NPCs from being affected by the health change if their EditorIDs are in the blacklist ini.
