should patch Vigor and Gun Runners' Arsenal Merged to work in tandem with each other for a much more integrated GRA and JSawyer experience.

I've gone through and everything seems to work fine. Let me know if any issues arise with the patch or if anyone smarter takes a look at it and explains I've done something horribly wrong I'll be sure to address it.
This patch should:
Provide the damage and reach changes from Vigor while also making sure the updated values and models from GRAM that reflect the newly GRA to Vanilla weapons properly crossover. Should also apply the correct sound FX.
If there any issues, I'll do my best to resolve them.
