NCR Ultimate Overhaul
This mod is obsolete, use NCR Overhaul - Fixed and Cleaned
NCR Ultimate Overhaul is an excellent mod that brings a unique beauty to the distinctive members of the NCR.
However, this mod conflicts with YUP and FCO.
So, I used FNVEdit to create a patch, and there you have it!
The mod requires bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles=1 (by default, it is set to 0). I have also created an alternative version that does not require this option, but some NPCs retain their original appearance.
The affected NPCs are as follows:
