Have you ever thought that the Tops Hotel seemed a little underwhelming? It was a mix of a bunch of different tile kits with no real cohesive theme or style. This mod aims to fix that by completely remaking the 13th Floor and the Presidential Suite to properly look like a luxury Las Vegas hotel, which includes major layout changes.
A significant change that you will notice from the screenshots is the addition of windows. Both the 13th Floor and Presidential Suite lack any windows at all, which doesn't match up with the exterior building of the Tops, which is covered in windows. Adding windows did require a significant layout shift, especially for the 13th Floor, since the secret utility hallway that Benny uses can't physically exist with the windows being there. So instead, it was made into a small utility passage going between the hotel rooms. Benny's secret workshop where Yes Man is stored was also changed into an abandoned hotel room that he took over. The Presidential Suite has been massively upgraded as well, being made to have 2 floors with the full set of amenities.
I've extensively tested to make sure that every base game interaction with these locations functions the same, so I don't believe there will be any issues with NPCs breaking or bugging out. Hopefully.
This mod will likely require patches for any mod that adds anything to the 13th Floor or Presidential Suite. Otherwise, there may be potential conflicts with placement of items. Depending on how much demand there is for a patch for a specific mod, I may add an optional file to patch it.
