Fixed various issues with Wasteland Flora and Terrain Overhaul.

Requires you to download the main mod Wasteland Flora and Terrain Overhaul. Make sure this mod loads below the main Flora and Terrain Overhaul mod in the left pane in MO2 and not above.
Fixes:
Flags the mod as ESM to prevent all placed refs becoming persistent which increases RAM usage and save file size.
Removes useless ragdoll data from static trees.
Removes numerous dirty edits and ITMs.
Fixes disabled "visible when distant" trees that can cause crashes.
