This mod exists as a proof of concept, the idea is to introduce a new gameplay element to (Benny Humbles You) and Steals Your Stuff for the Courier to not just be able to come back to Capital Wateland (this is a Tale of Two Wastelands mod), gear up, and come back to New Vegas. Ideally a more creative modder should be able to improve on this idea, for me personally this is just enough, and so I'm sharing it for others to enjoy.
