This mod serves to diversify and improve the stats and worth of the Pre-War, Gambler, and Formal outfits so it wont be as irrelevant in your game, or only sharing one specific bonus across all sets.
But only to a degree so as not be overpowered or balance breaking.
Uses a mesh provided by Female White Glove Society Mask Fix. An Alternative release without it exists.

Changelogs
Version v.1.4
Added +2 Speech to both Parkstroller and Spring outfits and changed their VAL from 36 to 40 to make them more valuable.
Added an alternative option for no White Glove Mask Fix for Formal.
Merged the FNV Vanilla Hat Fix patch into a single standalone esp so there's less plugins involved.
Version v.1.3
Most of the outfits have their VAL increased by at least half to be ahead of other "civilian" clothings like Wastelander. Gambler and Formal both have theirs increased drastically to better represent their position as "luxury" outfits.
Grimy Businesswear have its Barter bonus increased to +5 instead of +2. Dirty Businesswear is still ahead due to +1 CHA though.
You may need to redownload the FNV Vanilla Hat Fix patch for 1.3 as the main esp was renamed, and the VAL changes will be overwritten by the old patch instead.
Version v.1.2
Fixed White Glove Society Mask mesh with the mesh provided by Essential Vanilla Enhancements Merged. Sorry about that.
Version v.1.1
Added Tuxedo Hat and White Glove Society Mask to Formal Outfits.
Description
I was recently made aware that all of the Pre-War clothes, regardless if clean or not shared the exact same stats, and I thought "That's not right...".
So, I started working on a mod similar to my previous Uniquely Balanced Variants, and as I started working on them I also started including more into it.
Now, this mod consists of edits and balancing tweaks across all Pre-War, Gambler, and Formal sets. Anything that might be considered "Pre-War", "Gambler" or "Formal" on the Wiki is included in this.
You can refer to the Table of Contents for more information about what these changes bring.
You can just install this with your mod manager or manually place it in your Data file in your game's root directory. Like my other UBV mod, It's a very basic .esp file.
Note:
As this mod only affects Vanilla armor stats, it should be compatible with just about anything so long as it doesn't manipulate the specified armor.
It was also made with YUP in mind, so you should definitely load this underneath YUP as it is already technically patched for it.
If you load it above YUP or any other mods that alter these specific armor, expect it to not have any changes.
00-Uniquely Balanced Variants for Pre-War - Gambler - Formal Outfits is the main file, which consists of all the 3 major edits.
Optionally, there are also versions of the esp you can download that splits the 3 major edits into its own individual files. If you like one of these but don't like the others, you can just download one of the optional ones.
A Compatibility patch has been made for the mod Fallout New Vegas Vanilla Hat Fix as I personally use it, if you want hair that clips through armor, dowload that instead of the regular Main File. Do not download both together!

Pre-War Outfits
Spoiler:
Show
*Most clean Pre-War clothing will give you +1 to CHA. *This is for thematic reasons, as Pre-War era designs were generally better looking and made with better materials than what the wastelands' have. *Dirty Pre-War clothing lose their +1 to CHA because stinky.
*Both Parkstroller and Spring outfits are the only Pre-War outfits to share the same bonuses. *Parkstroller and Spring are considered "Outdoor Clothes" so they get +1 AGL on top of +2 Speech.
*Pre-War Hat is not included due to how common it is to get one, and it not really needing any bonuses. *Baseball Cap and Bonnet now have their own unique stats to reflect their identities.
*All Businesswears now have a focus on Barter instead of Speech. *Grimy is considered to be the "Dirty" version of the Businesswears, as such it has reduced stats compared to Dirty Businesswear.

Gambler Outfits
Spoiler:
Show
*Gambler sets now have a focus towards LUK. *This is so there is both a thematic reason, and an incentive to wear Gambler-related outfits when gambling in casinos. *All suits now have 2 WGH instead of just 1 to match the Pre-War clothes.
*Suave Gambler Hat gets +2 to Guns due to it being an Indiana Jones reference and how relatively early you can get it.
*Both Fancy and Dapper sets include a +2 bonus to Speech as an incentive to pair both hat and outfit together. *This bonus does not appear when changing hat first clothes second, but can be resolved by either exiting and reentering your pipboy, or by reequipping clothes first hat second. *The Fancy set provides +1 PER compared to Dapper's +1 to CHA and AGL.
*Aside from the hats, there are really only two "Formal Outfits" and both share a model. *Due to this both share the same stats with some minor differences.
*Formal clothes have a focus towards CHA and Speech. *Formal clothes also now have increased WGH to match Pre-War clothing WGH. *The AGL bonus is to match the White Glove's ability to kickass while wearing a suit, as well as to give Veronica a bonus if she wears this dress.
*The White Glove Society Attire have +10 VAL compared to the Formal Wear, because of its special ability to disguise you as a member.
*Tuxedo Hat and White Glove Society Mask both have a set bonus when worn with their respective clothing. *Tuxedo Hat is Barter oriented, while the Mask is Speech focused.
