This mod serves to diversify and improve the stats and worth of Sleepwear and Prostitute outfits so it wont be as irrelevant in your game.
But only to a degree so as not be overpowered or balance breaking.

Well well well...
Thanks to Todd's latest tv show my interest in Fallout has been reignited, and I think it's about time I finally introduce uniquely balanced variants for Sleepwear and Prostitute outfits.
I know it's been uhh, forever since my last uniquely balanced mod. But a problem I've consistently had with designing unique stats to Sleepwear and Prostitute outfits is how to set it apart from those of the Pre-War sets I did.
Recently however, I've been struck with a burst of inspiration!
What if, instead of these outfits giving you the bonuses up front, what if you have to EARN it!?
How you ask? By looking good in them of course!
Lingerie and sexy outfits can only carry a person so far, a large deal would also need to come down to the person wearing them and how desirable they are. How effective these sets are is fully dependant on how much you're investing into your Charisma build.
The important thing it checks for is whether your base Charisma (influenced by permanent perks) sits at 7 or higher.
The reason I chose 7 CHA as the benchmark is because that's where most raw Charisma checks are done. And that'll be the measure I'm using to determine if your Courier is above average in looks and charm.
Another thing that it checks for is whether you have any of the following perks:
The posession of one or both of these perks for your respective sex will improve your effectiveness with these outfits.

Installation
You can just install this with your mod manager or manually place it in your Data file in your game's root directory. Like my other UBV mod, It's a very basic .esp file.
Note:
Uniquely Balanced Variant - Sleepwear - Prostitute Outfits is the main file, which consists of both edits. (since when was there a 50 word limit on mods???)
Optionally, there are also 2 other versions of the esp you can download that splits both edits into its own individual files. If you like one of these but don't like the others, you can just download one of the optional ones.

Installation
You can just install this with your mod manager or manually place it in your Data file in your game's root directory. Like my other UBV mod, It's a very basic .esp file.
Note:
- As this mod only affects Vanilla armor stats, it should be compatible with just about anything so long as it doesn't manipulate the specified armor.
- It was also made with YUP in mind, so you should definitely load this underneath YUP as it is already technically patched for it.
- If you load it above YUP or any other mods that alter these specific armor, expect it to not have any changes.
Uniquely Balanced Variant - Sleepwear - Prostitute Outfits is the main file, which consists of both edits. (since when was there a 50 word limit on mods???)

*Sleepwear in general are more Speech oriented compared to Prostitute Outfits.
*Sleepwear gives +1 AGL due to being comfortable and non restrictive.
*Sleepwear have their item HP cut in half since they're just lingerie and wouldn't last long in battle anyway.
*Sleepwear value have also increased accordingly, with Naughty Nightwear being even more expensive as a rare unique item.
*Outside of Sleepwear, both Sexy and Naughty are intentionally flirty articles of clothing, giving them both a natural +1 to CHA.
*Naughty Nightwear has had a bit of a nerf depending on your perspective, but it retains its unique +1 LUK and when invested fully into your Charisma, you get +11 Speech instead of the original's +10.
*Both Sexy and Naughty will be the only two of the set to gain the Perk bonuses due to their nature.
*Having any of the mentioned Perks is indicative of your Courier's ability to flirt and charm beyond just looks, this is represented by +5 Speech.
*Having both Perks really just makes your Courier irresistable to anyone, giving you an additional +1 to CHA.

Prostitute Outfits

*Prostitute outfits in general have a focus on Barter compared to Speech due to their occupation.
*Prostitute outfits get +1 AGL due to the need to perform and dance.
*All Prostitute outfits have their overall VAL and HP lowered to more reasonable levels.
*In general Prostitute is less exotic compared to Exposed or Chained, giving it less worth than the other two.
*Having either or both Perks is really just how good you are seducing "customers", giving you +5 Barter and +1 CHA if you have both Perks.
*Prostitute is the more balanced of the 3 allowing it to start off with +2 Barter.
*Due to it being less obvious than the others as a sex worker uniform, it's the only one to get +2 Speech as a bonus.
*Exposed represents a more freeing nature (like an exhibitionist), so it gets an additional +1 to AGL.
*Chained represents a more constrictive nature that the wearer must endure, giving it +1 to END.
*Not sure how much you buy this but these are the identities I've interpreted from those two.
Prostitute Outfit:
