I don't know if your still around, but for some reason LOOT really doesn't like your mod. Whenever I try and sort with it active LOOT freezes and shuts down. And I know for a fact it is this mod because the program works just fine when the mod isn't activated.
mod is 15.7 mb when most perk mods are only 4kb its actually bigger then some of the dlc plugins he probably accidently added a whole bunch of data when making it (easy to do in the geck) that's messing up the plugin
