This is hardly even a requirement. The file edits base game objects, but you should only notice the bug I'm fixing when you have this installed.

Author notes
If you wanna take this over for your own gigapatch for a bunch of armors that shouldn't have the Has Backpack tag, or to make some patch with armor remeshes and textures, be my guest. This mod was made solely for people who are using the vanilla ncr ranger armors.

- What does this "mod" do? - What it says on the tin. I have TOTNW installed, and TOTNW likes to give its Power Armor skeleton to things with the "Has Backpack" tag in the game. Got really tired of getting power-stanced by NCR soldiers I came across, so I did the shockingly easy thing of making an esp that just removes that dumb tag from the Vanilla NCR Patrol Armor.
NOTE: I have noticed some folks have issues with the Ranger Combat Armor too. While I don't have that issue myself, I provided an esp which also doesn't have the "Has Backpack" flag for the RCR. (I pretty much just made a duplicate of the data I have for the armor.) I also provided one with a combined esp for those with both issues.
- Installation? -
Choose the one or two ESPs you need and they should work with any mod manager of choice. This is my first ever "mod" so bear with me if there's no Vortex install option or what have you.
- Compatibilities? -
Well, I'm a bit of a moron so I can't say it won't for-certain have conflicts, but as long as something else isn't doing exactly this? Should be perfectly fine.
