i'm not sure if this is due to a conflict or if its intended, but im using Bleed TTW and with it getting hit by a feral ghoul reaver results in a one shot insta-death.
It doesn't touch the melee damage at all, so Sawyerbatty's changes will carry over. You can always adjust the rads in the INI if you find them to much with the extra damage from Sawyerbatty. I use both though and it works fine though.
This is fucking awesome, I've always felt this should be the case. When I get a new list going I'm putting this in 100%, always felt radiation was surprisingly absent from the game.
I don't know why I didn't think of adding this to my own mod. Thanks for the inspiration. I actually never knew that only Reavers did Radiation melee damage until I looked around in the files.

It just surprised me, going from 100% hp, while in power armor, to dead on the spot from one hit.
I spend so much time doing stealth crit builds, going in guns blazing vs ghouls is a different experience i guess :p
I quite liked the customizability with it.
Any compatability issues with sawyerbatty? I know it tweaks ghoul dmg to be alot higher.
