File Descriptions:

Assorted Voice Popping Fixes
This fixes the 'popping' that can occur in dialogue when a distortion effect is applied to the character's voice (for example, when a line is spoken by someone wearing headgear that covers their mouth). Currently, this encompasses a number of lines for Father Elijah, Boone and Veronica, as well as various Legionaries, NCR Troopers, White Glove Society members and some of The Sink's personality matrices.

Like Elijah Voice Audio Files Fix, this was achieved by running the offending audio files through Audacity's 'Loudness Normalization' filter; however, this mod differs in its implementation as the filter has only been applied to the parts of the audio that actually peak, rather than being applied to the whole recording. This mitigates the issue of the affected lines being quieter after being passed through the filter, and should lead to more consistent audio levels in general. This mod can therefore be considered a replacement/alternative to the one previously mentioned.

Elijah Missing Distortion Fix
Obsidian must have let an intern mix Elijah's lines for Dead Money. Not only are they excessively loud and full of popping issues (see above), there's also a single line where they forgot to apply any sort of distortion effect at all - this file fixes that.

Lily Voice Consistency
85% of Lily's dialogue has a spooky, demonic Nightkin effect applied to it and the other 15%, well... doesn't.
Was this intentional? Did Obsidian simply forget to apply the effect to the other lines? Who knows, but this file corrects it.

ED-E Less Frequent Battle Music
When ED-E enters combat, the game randomly chooses from 3 audio files to play: two pieces of battle music and a silent track. This file simply increases the number of silent tracks available to reduce the chance battle music is picked.

Less Abrasive Landing Sounds
The vanilla footstep sounds aren't the greatest, but what makes them worse is the fact that many of the landing sounds are just too darn loud. This file merely tweaks the volume of a couple of them, which may seem fairly simple, but hey, at least Raul won't have flashbacks to the bombs dropping on Mexico City whenever the Courier jumps 2 inches off the ground.

Compatibility:

Elijah Voice Audio Files Fix - Not needed if using 'Assorted Voice Popping Fixes'.
Panzermann's Changes - Includes Elijah Voice Audio Files Fix. Make sure 'Assorted Voice Popping Fixes' overwrites it.
Brave New World - Compatible.
TTW - 'Assorted Voice Popping Fixes' is not necessary if playing with TTW.
Project Reality Footsteps - Replaces all vanilla footstep/landing sounds, makes 'Less Abrasive Landing Sounds' redundant.
Footstep Volume Fixes - Adjusts the volume of all vanilla footstep/landing sounds using an ESP. Use either this or 'Less Abrasive Landing Sounds', not both.

More files may be added as I find things that annoy me during playthroughs (no promises though). Just thought I'd upload these here in case anyone else found them useful tbqhwy.
