pintocat's Tale of Bi Wastelands adds a number of dialogue options that are available through the Confirmed Bachelor and Cherchez La Femme perks to Tale of Two Wasteland's Capital Wasteland. Unfortunately, these changed dialogue records conflict in a handful of places with Kazopert's TTW Reputations (which extends New Vegas's faction reputation system to the Capital Wasteland) and TTW New Vegas Speech Checks (which changes all of Fallout 3's chance-based skill checks to New Vegas-style flat speech skill value checks). So I threw together these two patches to make them all play nicely with each other.
For anyone interested in the specific conflicts, here's what I wrote over on the comments page to pintocat's mod:
To be more specific, TTW Reputations conflicts in three places: barter discount checks for Flak and Shrapnel in Rivet City, and Greta in Underworld. This mod applies a discount if the player has successfully charmed the vendor, while TTW Reputations calculates either a discount or an upcharge based on the player's reputation with the Rivet City and Underworld factions, respectively. If you load this mod last, you'll get the charmed discount check, if you load TTW Reputations last, you'll get the reputation check.
Meanwhile, the conflicts with TTW NV Speech Checks are in a couple of places. Firstly, the dialogues to convince the Mechanist and the AntAgonizer to retire during The Superhuman Gambit are altered from FO3-style percentage checks to FNV-style static speech value checks, and this conflicts with some added dialogue topics added by this mod to support Confirmed Bachelor and Cherchez La Femme options for each respective character. The same kind of conflict occurs with the Cherchez La Femme option added for Fantasia during the speech check to convince her to give you Dukov's key during You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head, as well as with the new Confirmed Bachelor option to convince Wernher to leave during the Free Labor quest from The Pitt.
