Q: How do upgrades work? A: Areas of the Fort are flagged for upgrade based on Follower's reputation and the completion of a Specific quest (See Mod Page for more details). The Garden area will upgrade immediately upon fixing the water pipe, but all other changes require the player to pass through the front door of the Fort to trigger.
Q:Does this mod change any of the Fort's Interior Cells? A: To maintain compatibility with TGMIO, no - only the courtyard is changed in this mod. Q: Can I make and upload a patch for this mod? Or any of your other mods? A: Yes, as long as you credit the original mod and it's a requirement for the patch to function.
Q: Am I making mods again? A: Maybe, while I'd like to get back to it; I'm still bound by work and life commitments that severely limit the time I can spend on projects like this. I'll be working on some things in the background but can't commit to any timeframe or promises that I'll ever finish and release things. Still I appreciate all the kind comments that have been left on this mod page. I will still fix critcal bugs in any of my released mods as they come up.

i took simple open freeside patch and regenareted lods but no difference i have the same issue on the picture EDIT: MY BAD IT WAS ABOUT LOAD ORDER GOD DAMMIT IM STUPID AS F... !!!
I haven't tested it personally, but seeing as certain endings in FPGE result in The Followers getting kicked out of Old Mormon Fort and the place being left abandoned, that might conflict with the changes that this mod makes. Also, the extra clutter might overlap where the job board is for Radiant Infinitum.
I'm looking forward to seeing this in Simple Open Freeside, because it gives more life to the Mormon fort, I love these modifications and if there is a way to learn how, I would try to make a patch. but boca junior
But I'm not really sure if this will ever be compatible with SOF. This mod needs to use scripts on the fort doors to check follower's reputation and update the area accordingly. Simple open freeside kinda removes those doors entirely.
Ofcourse if anyone more clever than me wants to take a crack at it, they have my blessing to create a patch.

I'll paste it here so it's visible for others: Not having the Simple Open Freeside patch for High-Priority LOD causes this issue.

But yes as Batrunner points out - there's probably (but untested by me) some visual conflicts after completing FPGE.
