:: INTRO ::
Adds multiple new vendors & service providers to the Mojave. With detailed interiors,
interesting lore-friendly characters & unique services provided to the player this mod provides a new level of immersion to the dusty arid Mojave.

:: REQUIREMENTS ::
• Fallout: New Vegas up to date
• All Fallout: New Vegas DLC

:: FEATURES ::
The following new areas and services are available with the installation of this mod.

•Paradise Shopping Complex - Features & Bar on the top floor and a Barber on the bottom
•Ozymandias Chem Den - Sells Chems
•The High-Way Chem Stop - Sells Chems
•Blessed Hearts Medical Clinic - Heal Illness, addiction, radiation poisoning.
Purchase a membership to access the Autodoc which provides hair and plastic surgery services.
•Feel Fine Diner - Sells Food & Drink
•N6 Gun Den - Sells Guns & Ammo
•H&H Tools crafting pit - Repair your weapons, purchase junk & Buy access to a crafting suite.
•The Scrap-Shack - Sells Junk and other misc. items

Each new area comes with a detailed interior, new interesting NPC's & Vendors all with unique backstories and a plethora of useful services to take advantage of.

:: Installation :: Follow Either Method 1 or Method 2
Method 1) Install main file with preferred mod manager of choice (Recommended)
Method 2) Drag and drop archive contents into your Fallout: New Vegas data folder.

:: Uninstallation :: Follow Either Method 1 or Method 2
Method 1) Uninstall with preferred mod manager (Recommended)
Method 2) Remove/delete TMMDD.esp & folders labelled FB in the meshes and textures folder within the data folder

:: GENERAL OTHER STUFF ::
• Cleaned and polished with FNVEdit
• Fully Navmeshed Edits

:: RECOMMENDED MODS ::
- HD/4K High Quality Textures of your preferrence - I use a combination of NMCs Texture Pack & OJO BUENO
- ENB/Imaginator - Im currently using Mojave Dreams ENB
- ILO - Interior Lighting Overhaul [Install relevant patch if using this]
These are not necessary, but they will make the Coffee house look like the Screenshots on the Nexus.
