About this mod
Based on the "Misc Stewie Gameplay Tweaks" and the VW standalone tweaks gametweaks, here is my personal preset.

Used the Misc gamesettings mod: Great focus was put on the custom messages to be more like classic Fallout. There are also some other gamesettings there if someone wants.

Also definitely check out the Viva New Vegas guide on which this preset build was built on! Very lore - friendly and great New Vegas experience: https://vivanewvegas.github.io/
It's a great compilation and made these presets possible.
I will be adding more, depending if I get my fingers on more custom messages or interesting stuff.
Installation: Just drop the ini files of the settings you want in the Data folder / install with MO2.
Deinstallation: Remove the ini files from the game files / deactivate with MO2.
Credits:
Bethesda - for the revival of the games
Obsidian - for their own, new - classic rendition of Fallout; This game!
Demorome & AVeryUncreativeUsername - For the gamesettings.
