does anyone know what silencer it takes? I tried the 12.7 smg 12.7 pistol and 10mm pistol so far but if it has it's own I haven't seen it, ps this should be in the base game so 9mm isn't useless it's a grate mod and feels so fallout, I love this combed with an auto service rifle mod

Have you thought of making a replacer for the vanilla 9mm SMG?

I don't use Vortex, so it's not officially supported. Try installing the files into your Data folder manually and see if that helps.

Could you also add this weapon to NPC leveled lists, like for NCR, fiends, khans, etc?

It should already be added to NPC leveled lists, but it's not guaranteed that they will spawn with this particular gun.

Does the bolt move in full auto with this? Working on my own machine gun weapon mod right now that's based on the Fallout 3 Assault Rifle (it's not the same idea as any of yours, of course) and the bolt on mine doesn't move.

EDIT: It started working. It's really weird though, it's like it stops in random positions if you quit firing midway through a magazine. It seems like it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

It should behave the same way as the vanilla Fallout 3 assault rifle, since I pasted the pieces directly over the vanilla mesh.

What armor are you in? In the screenshots, is that some kind of a vault security suit?

Pretty sure it's the Vault Security uniform with the Sierra Madre security helmet.

Are the Sniper Rifle Carbon Fiber Parts how I get the stock?

I cannot find this mod anywhere. The code doesn't work, because I've literally gone between 01 and 99 with my load order numbers, and never found it. It never spawns in vendors, no matter how many I check. This mod simply doesn't work.

You need to find the correct Mod Index, which you can do using a mod manager. It's a two-character hexadecimal value that falls between 00 and FF. If you tried to brute-force it using only numeric digits, you missed a lot of possibilities. Keep in mind also that if you installed this mod onto a game already in progress, it may take up to three in-game days for vendor inventories to refresh, and even then, it's random whether or not a vendor will have it. Also, make sure you have enabled the plugin.

For what I see this is WRP friendly, which I really appreciate. Always wanted a mp5 and your designs are always of my taste

Edit: mb not WRP friendly but adding Qwib's retextures fixes it really easy, great mod as always

I do not have the clipping issue as someone has mentioned below. However, in 1st person, my rounds are landing slightly above the iron sights and ACOG. Not a big deal once you realize it, and the iron sights and ACOG seem to match the engine reticle. Either way, I really like this MP5. As I've stated before, you're good at making contemporary weapons in that archaic, retro/future, fallout style that look lore and flavor friendly.
