Adds a re-configured fully-automatic variant of the Combat Shotgun from Fallout 3 to the game.

Reduces size of drum magazine to alleviate clipping issues in first-person. Plugin reduces magazine capacity to 12 rounds.

Enlarged charging handle and changed colour to match bolt. Moved barrel shroud vent holes to be more evenly spaced in relation to one another.
