About this mod
Stops scrolling switching between 1st/3rd person (you can still manually change POV and scroll to zoom in/out in 3rd person). Can enable/disable switching between 1st->3rd and 3rd->1st in the INI. Simple dll (no esp or performance hit)

Stops the game automatically switching POV when you scroll in/out.
Comes with INI to enable/disable scrolling switching 1st->3rd or 3rd->1st.
