Unbind the control in the game's controls menu by pressing escape, you can click on 'devices' to change mouse binds.

Already tried that, both binding it to a different key and completely unbinding it

You need to click on device in the bottom right.

I'd like to have for Gamebryo, a Creation-based camera axis. Hope someone makes it.

this, and enhanced camera, as well as bullet time from JAM are the holy trinity of mods I use so that I don't have to bear looking at my ugly ass character. Thanks for this.

Thanks so much for this! (I'm using the Tweaks version.)

I recently got a mouse with an ultrafast/sensitive scroll wheel, and the accidental switches were driving me crazy.

    Thanks for the mod!
Is there a way to make the scroll wheel not zoom the POV (but still response to other type of events) at all in third person? I personally use "Dynamic Third Person Camera" mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/57588) to adjust the POV in third person and scrolling always interfere with the preset when I scroll through the loot menu pop-up from the "Loot Menu For FNV" mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61723).

You could make an esp that sets the gamesettings:
      fVanityModeWheelInMult
      fVanityModeWheelOutMul
      to 0

Or use my Tweaks plugin and place those settings under the section:
      [GameSettings]

Thanks for the hint, the other option should be named "fVanityModeWheelOutMult". Both options can also be set inside the game console directly like the following in case anyone is interested:

      SetGS fVanityModeWheelInMult 0
      SetGS fVanityModeWheelOutMult 0

Edit: Alternatively, use the "Gamesettings Profiler" mod to change those settings.

Hi. What is the console command to fix the 3rd person angle when you push the change POV button? I would like to keep the angle fixed across playthroughs if possible.

Any reason why this wouldn't work? Am I not supposed to use FOMM to activate it?

      Not working for me either.

Not working for me either for some reason.

EDIT: Okay, so you can't install it like a normal mod with FOMM. You need to go into your Fallout New Vegas/Data/NVSE/Plugins folder and copy the dll and ini into it.

Interesting, so they can't just be placed in the right spots by a manager?

I know it's a stupid question, but will this work on TES:Oblivion?

So many good mods, love your output!

Have you considered putting all of them in to a single plugin with on/off switches in a .ini file?

I already have a merged plugin that I use, I just need to figure out appropriate names for all the ini settings., since currently they’re counterintuitive like:
bEnableXPPopup, which enables the tweak that stops the pop up.
