It works fine, just the horn doesn't show up (that might just be my game messing up though)

The handle portion requires textures from Old World Blues, though, which I wouldn't be able to pack into the archive. I could make it anyway and let you extract the texture yourself, but if you already own New Vegas, you owe it to yourself to install TTW - it's REALLY awesome and the New Vegas engine fixes a lot of the bugs that vanilla Fallout 3 had. Playing it in the New Vegas engine is something I think everyone should do at least once in the lives.
If I did, I'm not sure if I'd be allowed to upload it to the Nexus because porting content between New Vegas and Fallout 3 is against the rules (The rights to Fallout 3's assets are owned by Bethesda whereas Obsidian owns the rights to the New Vegas assets). However, if you are handy with the FO3 GECK and you wanted to, say, use my mesh and add it to FO3 for you own personal use, nobody would be the wiser. The latest version of this mod is only missing the normal maps, which wouldn't be all that noticeable in-game.
