How to optimize your game and create a Merge Patch or Bash Patch for all my patches and your mods!

You are going to need the following programs.
Nexus Mod Manager, Fallout Mod Manager or Mod Organizer
NVSE
New Vegas Stutter Remover
New Vegas Anti Crash
Zan AutoPurge Crash Protector
4GB Fallout New Vegas
ENB <-- Ignore this program if you have a SLI or Crossfire build.
CTD and Memory patch ENBboost <-- Ignore this patch if you have a SLI or Crossfire build.
FallouNV WinXP-7-8 Multicore Threading 4GB LAA
Optimizer Textures
FNVEdit <-- Ignore if you are using Mod Organizer
LOOT <-- Ignore this if you are not using Mod Organizer
Wrye Flash NV <-- Ignore this if you are not using Mod Organizer

Steps.
1. Download OPTIMIZE FALLOUT NV archive from the download page.
2. READ the install instructions included with said archive. The instructions are two sets. First set for people who don't use MO and for people who do.
3. Make sure that all my patches are near the bottom of your load order before doing a Merge patch or Bash Patch.
4. Uncheck or remove all my patches that are not required after your bash patch is created. For optimal game-play you might wish to
use FNVEDIT to take care of any last minute changes that Wyre Flash missed before removing the patches, but not required. If you are using a merge patch don't  uncheck any of my patches. However, you can use FNVP to combine my patches to reduce your load order.
4. Enjoy the game.

I included a blank Bash Patch.esp, that I made using FNVEDIT for people who use Wyre Flash NV. I created the optimal INI's for Fallout NV and recommend that you use them according the directions included with the archive. I also included INI's for Darnified UI. Which I highly recommend. In my instructions I also tell people how to set up SLI/Crossfire if applicable. Included with my archive is a Renderinfo file that I optimized for SLI / Crossfire machines.
