Really nicely done, with attention to detail, atmosphere and - nice goodies :-) Note: it overlaps with "Clarence's home" location belonging to "The North road" mod. Everything works though - the outside is ok, while the door actually has two knobs, something I haven't noticed right away and found myself in a ruined bungalow lol So just pick the right knob and experience this nice mod.
Really just exceptionally good work. Thank you. It's nice that however many years after the war SOMEONE is finally cleaning up the mess and taking some pride! Lol. Details are wonderful and Jacbstown, being one of the only naturally pretty locales, is a great place for it. Gus and his many followers thank you. Endorsed. If I don't vote it this month, I will very soon. Be well.
I really love this mod, it's what I've been looking for. I love humble homes that are well-decorated and offer good storage. Plus the little additional features are nice. I only wish there was a way I could obtain some of the cool little things added. Like the Nuka-Cola grape and the flavored mentats haha. Thank you for an awesome home mod with exactly what I'm looking for. Edit: What does the strange doo-hickey next to the kitchen sink do? :x
Know it's been like two years since the last comment, but tried using this with the Novac/Willow add-ons, pretty sure I got everything right but when I try to enter the home, it loads me outside of the cell - I can see through the was into the house (where my lucky companions are), but I fall endlessly into grey space. I AM using, as mentioned, the Willow mod with her Novac bungelow, and the mod that alters the basic Novac motel room.
I'm going to try and use the Jacobstown version instead and see if I run into any issues, hopefully figure something out.
.-. I have no idea why it's doing that! I tested the hell out of it before uploading. For now, I would say use the Jacobstown version, and I will try to find out why it's doing that!(When NV decides to work that is) I'm sorry you've run into this problem, and thank you for letting Me know!!
I feel really dumb for asking, but I have 2 questions: 1: Where is the key to the storage room (if there is one)? 2: Does this mod have anything that requires NVSE?
Other than those two questions, this is the coolest player house I have ever seen or used. I love the decoration, the location, and the funny little stuff included! This gets an easy endorsement.
It's not dumb at all, they can be a little easy to miss.
For the main one, Jacobstown, the key is on top of the note from Marcus on the counter(in front of the little bookshelf) and for the NoVac one, it's outside next to Winklebottom(the garden gnome). And that key looks like Tabitha's rock key.
And no it doesn't. I used only vanilla assets so no other mods(or DLCs) would be needed.
Awesome, thanks for clarifying, and thank YOU for making this awesome mod! I don't know of many player houses set in Jacobstown, and considering how this one looks and feels (has a very "homey" sort of feel), I will use this for many a play through!

And thank you! Glad you liked the mod! ^-^
And that's just for show. It's the "control panel" for the solar panel and stuff.
