Use if you're NOT using the new version of Willow: ABCE. Moves the bungalow from Jacobstown to Novac and changes the exterior of the NoVac hotel a bit. WARNING, you cannot have both!!! You will have a ton of bugs if you try to use both at the same time!! You have been warned
