This mod turns one of the boarded up bungalows into a metal(awesome) lore-friendly player home with some stuff and things Lori.
I made this mod at first because I wanted a good house to keep My stuff in as at that time I wasn't able to download Afterschool Special(which is an awesome mod btw) because My internet was so bad, and that's how it started. After a while it turned into something more.
This was really My testing ground for making mods and trying new ideas.
While I seldom make public mods I make, I'm uploading this now because about a week ago(when uploading this mod) I downloaded a mod that, for some raisin, reset and or uninstalled every.fucking.damn.mod I had! 
Why it did this I haven't a fucking clue, but a lot of work I had in this mod was lost. ._.
I plan to re-add some of these things when I have the time but for now this will do. I want to do much, much, much more with this!(keep in mind that this is a finished mod! I just might add to it in the future.) Anyway, I really hope you like/enjoy the mod! :)
I've added a little note that has a back-story of sorts(please remember I never planned on uploading this mod)
This Mod Adds:
- A lore-friendly and well decorated player home.
- A good amount of storage to keep your stuff and things in the bathroom turned storage room.
- A Auto-Doc MK-II that acts like a My first Infirmary.
- A Chemistry set that acts like, you guessed it, My First Laboratory.
- A wonder-meat maker
- A working Oven that acts like a campfire(also there's a campfire outside).
- A workbench and reloading bench.
- A few holo-novels(plan to add more)
- Easter Eggs...Easter Eggs EVERYWHERE
And other stuff I'll let you find on your own.
Updates:
Update I: Version 2(1.2) 12/12/13:
- Removes that wall stain behind the Saloon sign that was causing some texture problems.
Update II: Version 3(2.0) Coming Soon when the G.E.C.K. decides to fucking work:
Update on this. The "NoVac Edition" has been updated, however, like the fucking idiot I am, I forgot to back up the main file when I was doing that.. ._. So that's being delayed for a bit. I'm really sorry.

- Both Versions cleaned with TES5Edit
- Some changes to Jacobstown
- Some other stuff...maybe
My Jacobstown Bungalow: NoVac Edition Willow Edition:
The "NoVac Edition" adds the bungalow to NoVac instead of Jacobstown. Since the the newer version of Willow: A Better Companion Experience uses that bungalow, I've moved Mine to behind the hotel where the burned out house was(the one with the graves). And has been cleaned with TESVEdit!
Another mod of Mine goes well with it, NoVac Motel: Remade which can be found in My New Vegas Mini Mod Compilation Pack, cleans up inside the parking-lot area and fixes the fence up a bit to give it a nicer, better put together kind of feel while remaining lore friendly.
Note: Place the textures folder in fallout new vegas>data>texture>armor. Go into the G.E.C.K. and make sure the textures applied right.
Bugs:
None, been working on this mod for months and have been testing it. But if you do run in to any, tell Me and I'll get on fixing ASAP.
