To fix Vortex install issues please open the main archive and look for: fomod/ModuleConfig.xml file and comment out lines 4, 5, and 6 like the image below.
Is there any chance there could be a patch for classic adobe buildings? there are floating light switches in buildings, especially Nelson and in xEdit there a way too many for a lowly non-mod maker as myself to go through
Would there be any possibility of getting a patch for New Vegas Bounties 1 LE? Obviously there's one for the original mod, but since the mod is being continued by a new group, it's going to need more patches for future releases.
found this to be too dark, but cant delete it (installed hotfix ver using Vortex) only solution was to uninstall/Delete all related with Revo-uninstaller. Couldnt unmanage the game, or delete the mod as admin I dont suggest installing this with vortex unless you're 100% sure you like it.
Why does the mod force you to have all DLC? That's quite expensive, and I doubt I'd have time to play them all. Previously it was possible just to select vanilla. I checked this new version in FNVEDIT and even core.esm tries to load DeadMoney for example. So I have to spend $20-30 in steam on DLC I will never play.
Expensive? Lol. 5$ per DLC or 20$ for the ultimate edition is NOT expensive. Don't like it? Make your own mods or learn to edit this one to remove the dependencies. If you have time to screw around with modding New Vegas AND play it, I see no reason why you couldn't play the DLC's a bit at a time, that seems like a complaint for the sake of complaining.
The DLC's are all great anyways and well worth the 5$ a piece, the worst one is Honest Hearts and even then I still play through it relatively often because it's a great change of scenery, Dead money is a love-it or hate-it DLC, I personally love it for the feeling that you're fighting for your survival and it has by far the best story out of all the DLC's, except maybe Lonesome Road.
So really you have 3 options, revert to an older version of ILO, suck it up and cough up 20$, or learn how to change it yourself. Your choice, don't expect the author to try and please everyone when they do this for FREE and in their SPARE TIME.
