About this mod

The Vlandian army is now more properly organised, just like Osrac Iron-Arm, the first king of Vlandia wanted his armies to be. The Vlandian troops now look more like the English and French troops of the late medieval era. A lot of inspiration comes from Total War games and BBC documentaries.

Lore
The Vlandians are the precursor to both the Swadians and the Rhodok, and as such both the spearmen and the swordsmen had to be featured, along with the iconic crossbowman (though in this version more akin to the Swadian one, and not the pavise crossbowmen of the Rhodok). The Vlandians value their knights above most, and these are therefore incredibly strong melee cavalry units. Along with this, something that was missing in their lineup was the longbowman - though not part of the Swadian or Rhodok lineup - I felt they needed to be featured.

Compatibility
Tested with Bannerlord 1.2.0 - 1.4.1.
Noble Troops: Patch is available.
Mods that alter Vlandian troops: Load before this mod.

Recommendation
I recommend using Woods of Battania, Khuzait Horsemasters and Sturgian Duality along with this mod.

Be sure to check out PolishMartyr's great minor faction overhauls; Born to be Wild, Last of the Legion, Cossacks of Calradia. They make the minor factions much more unique and fits very well with my mods.
