Reworks most core troops, caravan troops, bandits, mercenaries etc.

Bloated troop trees have been cut down and main troops have more emphasis on the strengths of their cultures.

Battania has strong two-handed Highlander nobles,  pikemen, and throwing infantry.

Sturgia has a low-tier mass producible archer, strong infantry, and a 'raiding' horseman with a 2 handed axe, the noble troops are now Skolder Huscarls to fit the lore of Sturgia and give them an infantry emphasis.

Vlandia has a very strong Bannerman knight, a mounted crossbowman, and an axe thrower that is also good dismounted, a decent archer, and strong infantry, and Zweihander landskhneckt-type shock troops.

Aserai have maceman shock troops, a decent horse archer and strong but light infantry. As well as a dart throwing skirmisher. Their nobles are based on Nubian longbowmen.

Imperial tree has been made less bloated and reflects the generalist faction more with strong infantry, spear infantry and a very good crossbowman thta can sub as infantry, their nobles are still basically cataphracts but split into praetorian and a horse archer.

Khuzaits have been nerfed a litte bit, they have very good mace wielding infantry, skirmishing glaive shock troops, a non noble glaive cavalry, a good light horse archer, the nobles are still basically khans guard but with long lances instead, in general the khuzait armor has been nerfed and helmets buffed as steppe warriors would mostly care about a good helmet.

In general most armor has been reduced and skills reduced.
