This mod changes every bandit faction and caravan troop tree in the game, over 100+ troops added.

Beware sons and daughters of Calradia, the bandits and invaders have grown stronger! No longer are bandits ordinary Joe schmoes with obligatory bandit names like "Forest bandit" or "Hillman" now they have some historical context/inspiration just like every other normal troop in the game!
  • Over 70 new bandits that replace or add on to existing ones!
  • Poachers now have a troop tree
  • Mounted Ransackers/pillagers now have a troop tree!
  • Sea Raiders are now Vikingr, Wend Raiders, and Exiled noblewomen!
  • Looters are now scavengers and their gear reflects more of a scraping by nature, as they progress and level up they start to resemble professional raiders and bandit mercenaries like in ye olden days.
  • Forest Bandits are now Skogarmaors, Wodewose and Keltoi clansmen. Keltois who refused to join battania and submit to a ruler now wander Calradia and plunders its riches! Wodewose, men of the forest who are expert hunters and archers, and most of all hate civilized culture.
  • Mountain bandits are now mountain men, hunters, and trappers of the great mountains of Calrdadia who would kill for a denar and Vandal warriors hailing from a northern land.
  • Steppe thieves banished by their local rulers now raid to survive, some are recruited in the eastern horde that now lays waste to Monchugs lands.
  • Desert bandits are now rebellious religious leaders and deserters from Bedouin tribes. With pikes and champions, bow and horse they are no longer as weak as they were in vanilla bannerlord.
  • 5 new unique 'lord' bandits are only found in hideouts, where the local boss of the area guards them.
  • Keltoi Chieftain, Mountain Thane, Raider Jarl, Nomad Khan, and Jihad Sheikh.
  • Poachers now have an upgrade path and are worth recruiting for early game cheap archers.
  • Mounted pillagers now upgrade into mounted ransackers, who upgrade into pilgrim robbers and finally a revamped highwayman wich can be turned into a bounty hunter with veterans respect.
  • All bandits now have a troop with a tier 6 option that need veterans respect to access, they mimic/become defacto noble troops.
  • Looter tree = Redeemed Outlaw Captain, Forest Bandit tree = Wandering Fian, Mountain Bandit Tree  = Hired Pursuivant, Sea Raider Tree = Redeemed Shieldmaiden.Steppe bandits tree (Both paths) = Honored Darkhan, Desert Bandits tree = Turcopole Champion.
  • As there is no point to taking caravan troops after wounding them the troops are just fillers for their to be something to attack, well now the troops are worth converting from prisoners as they have full blown mercenary upgrade paths, perfect for a mercenary playthrough to go along with the base game mercenaries.
  • All armed traders can become veteran armed traders and then have a unique tier 5 troop upgrade, normal caravan and veteran caravan guards are now linked and have a unique upgrade for every faction, caravan masters also have a unique upgrade.

  • This mod is made with the intent of RBM to be installed with all features on, so there will be missing items if you play on vanilla with only OSA.
