Hello, and thank you for your interest in Detailed Character Creation.
We're going to give you a detailed instruction guide on how to set up the mod for complete beginners!
The first thing you should do is download Vortex.
After installing Vortex, you need to set Mount & Blade II Bannerlords as your target game.
Once that is done, navigate to the mods tab. This is where all of your downloaded mods will appear when clicking
Proceed to download the main file of the mod:
Note 9/22/2021: Since v1.2.4.0 the main file now contains the sliders as well, and uses the FOMOD format. Continue below if you use Vortex.

If you use MCM, edit DCC settings in its page. If not, edit CharacterCreation.config.xml in the game's Modules folder.
Section 0: Debug Mode
Debug Mode (DebugMode): turn it on if you want debug outputs. Does not require restart.
Section 1: Overrides
Suppress Daily Tick (IgnoreDailyTick): turn it on if you don't want the game to change your weight and height.
On a per-save basis (configuration requires MCM but may work without):
Override Age (OverrideAge): turn it on if you don't want the game to age your hero, and your hero only. Takes effect upon save load or daily tick, and does not require restart. This effectively does nothing if "Disable Auto Aging" is turned on. Note: this option seems to be bugged as of present. <... -

Reason: At the risk of self-promotion, I have to document an issue that arises when playing as a hero under the age of 16. Namely, unwanted invincibility.

Hello everyone, Designer225 has added localization support.
For those whom are interested in helping translate the files to your preferred languages, please modify the eng_module_strings.xml inside of zzCharacterCreation/ModuleData/Languages.
If you are comfortable using GitHub you can submit a pull request to have it implemented, or you can upload the file to either myself or Designer255 and we'll get it added as soon as possible.
