Inital release
Reworks the Vivec Mages Guild making it feel more like the regional headquarters of a Guild. You'll now find the guildhall to be larger with a more open air plan. Most higher ranking NPCs have their own rooms, whereas lower ranking NPCs can sleep in the dormitory. You'll also find a decently stocked library and an alchemical garden. I also added quite a few NPCs to populate the guildhall, one of which has a very short quest for you to do.
