About this mod

Overhauls and slightly expands upon Omaren Ancestral Tomb and Anudnabia.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Once the home of the great weaponsmith, Hilbongard Rolamus, and the enchanter Dorach Gusal, The ancient ruins of Anudnabia remain untouched by adventurers, the entrance sealed eras ago. Those who still toiled in its forge, crafting weapons long after Hanin's Wake, eventually engulfed in the flames of the forge, unable to control it.

Hilbongard's forge is probably the most memorable part of the Imperial Cult's questline, but due to the faction being implemented last minute there are a lot of flaws with the dungeon. This mod aims at making this short dungeon crawl a lot more engaging, as well as rewarding, with a few more exotic items sprinkled around to make the journey worth it.

Main Changes

Omaren Ancestral Tomb

Omaren Ancestral tomb has been expanded slightly (just two little rooms, nothing major) as well as being given a lot more loot (it was barren other than a few poorly placed levitation potions, most of which have been implemented better). There are no more levelled daedra, so a level one player can't waltz in and get skullcrusher as easily.

The cave-in at the end of the tomb has been recluttered (no more imperial bricks) and the initial cave room shows signs of a collapse. Lastly, a Herne has been placed at the entrance to the tomb, replacing the skeleton.

Anudnabia

The entrance in Omaren's cave system has been given a bit more clutter, and you'll notice the presence of nordic coins (The forge belonged to the First Nord Empire during the events of Hanin's Wake) and a few ancient nordic weaponry.

The frost atronach guarding the antechamber has been replaced with a frost monarch (now it's a true boss battle) and the main forge has been cluttered with all sorts of weapons and armor appropriate for the time (dwemer, ebony, etc).

Finally, I added 3 new books to replace the armorer books found in the vault (they were written post 1st era and didn't make any sense to be there). There's also a few hidden items I've scattered across the two dungeons for you to find.

Requirements + Compatibility

This mod will require Tamriel_Data as well as OAAB_Data.

This mod should be compatible with mods such as Forge of Hilbongard, which I'd strongly recommend (otherwise the chest holding Skullbreaker will just be awkwardly floating in the air).
