This is a completely new rendition of another ancient mod of mine: An Arvs-Drelen Extension.
Ever thought that the home of the telvanni councilor-to-be looks a bit "bare" compared to the other telvanni lords strongholds?
This small mod of mine aims to fix that.
The main purpose of this mod was to add a purpose to the two formerly vacant rooms in the tower, to populate it with Baladas own "renegade" retainers and to serve members of house telvanni as a far off outpost.

- Alchemy and Mages/Enchanting services.
- A new Dwemer workshop catering to Baladas interest in the lost race.
- Aesthetic and atmospheric changes to all areas thanks to OAAB and Tamriel_Data.
Compatability
Fully compatible with both Rise of House Telvanni, Uvirith's Legacy and Telvanni transportation Network.
Compatible with any mods that touches the Sphere Companion or Baladas himself (Untouched by this mod).
Out of the box compatability with BCOM!

The community at large is granted full rights to modify, re-upload and translate this mod.
