Julan is the classic Morrowind companion, possibly the best one out there. His story is intimately tied to the main-quest and he provides commentary for almost every quest in the game and many of the unique locales featuring environmental storytelling. Unfortunately, the massive changes made by TOTSP break his Bloodmoon and East Empire contributions and can even cause you to lose him permanently. Forcing players to choose between Julan and TOTSP, both fantastic mods that every player should get to experience. Hence this patch.
Since the original mod seems to have become difficult to find, I have uploaded the mod in it's entirety and edited the original esp. This means that this version requires Tomb of the Snow Prince to function. Julan's Bloodmoon main-quest and East Empire Faction related content will not function properly on vanilla Solstheim.
To install simply drag and drop the data files folder into your Morrowind directory.
