THESE MODS ARE BEING UPLOADED FOR THE SAKE OF PRESERVATION, I DID NOT CREATE THEM
This is a collection of mods created by official Morrowind developers Gary Noonan and Douglass Goodall that have yet to be uploaded to the Nexus. With both morrowind modding history being gone, and thewaybackmachine's recent severe DDOS attack, I feel it is important to preserve these mods for future players. I am uploading them with 0 edits made. I have however taken my own screenshots (Except of the heads mod) using openmw and Morrowind Enhanced Textures I will list the mods below with their original waybackmachine links:
Dwemer RPG - by Gary Noonan -This mod adds the use of a Dwemer rocket propelled explosive device and the shells. It works just as if it were a crossbow weapon.
Heads Pack - by Gary Noonan - Replaces ALL heads within Morrowind, Tribunal, and Bloodmoon with user made heads and hair
House Portal by - Gary Noonan - Once gaining a stronghold within one of the three great houses, you will find an amulet inside allowing for teleportation to the three greatest points on the island. A major help for when you want immediate fast travel.

Red Wisdom: An Ashlander Prophecy - Collaboration between Douglas Goodall and MelchiorDahrk - Embark on a mystical journey as you unravel the ancient prophecy of Red Wisdom. Join forces with wide-eyed Nirani to unlock the hidden truths that lie within the sacred burial sites of the tribes. Explore a new angle to Ashlander lore, confront wild beasts and Daedric interlopers, and piece together the puzzle which may shape the fate of Morrowind.
The Mananaut's Message - Collaboration between Douglas Goodall and MelchiorDahrk - This mod adds Royal Imperial Mananaut Alberius outside of the Tower of Tel Fyr, who has a quest, at the end of which you get his outfit.
The Popular Plague - Collaboration between Douglas Goodall and MelchiorDahrk - A disease of an unusual nature has come to Pelagiad. Will you come to the aid of the townsfolk or let them dance until they drop?
Fargoth Says Hello - by Douglas Goodall - This mod adds two quests to Fargoth depending on whether you helped Hrisskar find his secret hiding place or not.
AFFresh - by Douglas Goodall - This mod adds about 30 low-level quests to Seyda Neen, Balmora, and a particular category of people.
Morrowind Advanced v1.82 - by Gary Noonan - Morrowind Advanced is aimed at players looking for a greater challenge. It adds new loot and enemy types, as well as a few dungeons. This version contains bug fixes by Stromgarde and Pookhill
