About this mod

Subtle dynamic camera and first-person viewmodel (hands) motion, making movement and jumping feel less rigid and more natural without being intrusive or annoying.
Although works as intended most of the time - It's experimental and not without issues, read the "Known Issues" section.

Permissions and credits

1st-person animations in the video are from ReAnimation v2 and MCAR

Features

- Slight headbob when jumping.
- Viewmodel inertia when looking around.
- Visual and sound effects when moving at high speeds (mainly to enhance the feel of big, long leaps).
- All of the effects are adjustable in Options->Scripts->First-person View Dynamics

Most effects also work in third-person view.

This is a Lua mod for OpenMW. It should work with OpenMW version 0.48+, though it has only been tested on 0.49.

Installation

- Install like any other OpenMW mod: copy the contents of the archive into your Morrowind folder (not the OpenMW folder), or—preferably—use MO2 to install the archive.
- Ensure that Options->Video->Post Processing is enabled
- Enable `FirstPersonViewDynamics.omwscripts` in the launcher.
- If the mod doesn’t work with your version of OpenMW, download the 0.49 dev build from [OpenMW Downloads](https://openmw.org/downloads/) under the "Development builds" section.
  - At the time of writing, 0.49 is still a development build. If version 0.49 has since been officially released, the stable release should work as well.

Experimental

This mod is experimental and might have some issues, although should work as intended 99% of the time. If you'll encounter something broken - please report a bug. (I might even fix it eventually :) )
